Works great!
Works great! Easy to install if you watch the YouTube video. Ours came with a little torque screw adaptor piece to use with a Phillips screw driver, so no special tools necessary. It seems lot sturdier than the original plastic one.

Easy to install. Working like new
The top rack kept coming off the track. Diagnosed the part. Thought it was pricey for a little plastic piece but after pricing new dishwashers decided to buy an extra in addition to the one i needed. Working like new again

Part didnt fit
The wheels for the dishwasher rack were the wrong size and didn't fit our dishwasher, even though i put in our dishwasher's model number and parts were suppose to be correct. Nothing in the package i received that tells me how to return or get replacement parts for the wrong ones I received.

Parts were exactly what needed . . .
Had to replace the wheels (located on the sidewalls) of our Elite Kenmore Dishwasher. There was no instructions, however, I found a good U-Tube video that instructed me exactly how it needed to be done. Went well.

a rack wheel fell off and melted in the dishwasher
I just had to slide a new wheel onto the rack - 5 seconds max. The quality of the rack system is a different matter....
