Refrigerator Water Tubing
Have hole in ice maker tubing. As a 70 yr old women can't fix by myself. Sears didn't send me all tubing so I had to order extra now have to pay another service call and going to be without ice maker another week.

Sent the wrong part, online Diagram too small
I have a Kenmore Elite model 795.7854XXXX refrigerator. I had a water line in the outside back of the refrigerator crack (which is odd in the first place). First issue; can't look at a diagram online because the geniuses that scanned the image made it too small. Which means you can't see the part numbers they have called out so you can determine which line to order yourself. Great. So I had to talk to a person (which of course they make impossible to do, or incredibly frustrating to accomplish). The CS rep got the part number I needed wrong. So I just went to Home Depot for 5/16ths OD tubing and solved my problem. Only thing Sears got right was not making me send the part back.

Refrigerator hose
There are only 3 hoses in the back of my refrigerator. One is cracked. You have now sent me 2 completely wrong hoses and my refrigerator is still out of commission. How how is it to send me the correct hose.

Customer Service could not obtain the information
Customer service could not tell from their computer which water line was needed, so was forced to order all 3. However when parts came in, i got 2 of the same lines (same part numbers) and an additional line.

No phone support
Parts were as advertised. Delivery was a bit slow, and phone support was unusable (on hold for 20 minutes with no feedback, then my call was dropped, twice). Online chat support was better.
