Very Easy to Install
The install was about 45 minutes. The reason being, the replacement carburetor was slightly different than the original. I had to adjust the linkage. Plus the original had two (throttle/governor) adjuster screws and the replacement only had one.

Carburetor replacement
Rather than paying a mechanic for a carburetor overhaul, I ordered a new carb and installed myself. Cheaper than mechanic option.
