I had some experience, so it was fairly easy.
I spent nearly 2 hours at it, but I spent the time to clean and lube some things while I had it apart. You need to separate the auger from the rest of the machine. Then you take the pulley off the back. You don't need a puller just a wrench. Then you take the 4 bolts that hold the bearings on sides out. then it pulls right out. Remove shear pin(s) slide auger blade(s) off the end of the shaft. Now put it all back together.
