Easy to Install
It only took five minutes to install and it was very easy to figure out. Since I still have the parts book it was very easy to find the part number and therefore the correct item even though our dishwasher was bought 20 years ago.

Great ability to replace
Collapsible upper row dishes washer tines came two to a package. We were able to use clips from old times - might want to remove old tones before you order new ones to know if you will need to order clips too. We did not have to.

Easy installation
Installation was easy. I received 2 tine row packs because I didn't know that one pack contained 2 tine rows. I returned one tine row pack to Sears for a refund.
