Wrong part sent ,and charged twice for replacing
Was sent the wrong part that was supposed to be a guaranteed fit, had to re order the part and the agent I was working with accidentally charged me twice for the part , I believe the employees here aren't trained well what a mess

Samsung Door Boot Replacement
SPD made my most important step of this process effortless. I suppled them with the make and model number and a replacement door boot was identified. I ordered the boot and was concerned I would not receive the boot i needed. Three days later I received the boot and it was an exact match for my unit Great job and accuracy on a complicated parts match. Thanks SPD!

You have to disassemble a lot of stuff to install
I had to disassemble my Samsung Washing machine because the drive shaft mechanism disintegrated and damaged the door boot. Replacing the boot was easy once everything was disassembled.

I used a video to do the installation. In the video it showed cutting holes and putting inserts in to match the machine. All this was already done which helped with the installation.
