Works as a advertised. Much too expensive for a 15 year old oven. Would've just replaced appliance if funds would've allowed at the time.

Worst Customer Service Experience!
The part was taking longer than promised. Called. Told it was backordered indefinitely. I found the part locally. Called them back and told them to cancel the order. They put it in the mail to me 2 days later. I refused delivery and had it returned to sender. That was at least a couple weeks ago and I have not yet received credit for it.
