This part was backordered for several months and after further delays was cancelled by telephone and email. Sears refuses to recognize this situation. There should be grave concern with doing business with this organization.

Wrong door

It was not only the wrong brand it was also the wrong color. I ordered a Fridgidare (white) and received after 3 months aLG (black).I was informed when I called that they do have my door but now it is over $100 more. I ordered it at lower price waited forever and should of got the right door at the price it was when I ordered it. Poor customer service, bad practices. Never Sears again.
