Sent wrong part 2x
Sears sent me the wrong part twice! And then tried to charge me for shipping. I wanted the power burner surface cao, not the simmer burner cap. Explained this as clearly as I could. I expected, when I called to explain and return it the second time, that somebody would offer to make this right, Or at least say sorry, but they just took the return with a shrug. Indifferent service. Incompetent fulfillment.
