Broken part
I was not able to get my repair done, even after waiting for your repair team to order the part and after finally getting it and having to schedule an appointment for your technician to come out, the part was broken when I opened the box in front of the technician! Very dissatisfied.

part was broke had to ordered a replace one I had to pay for the 2nd one was told to return the broke one and would get a refund, I return the broke one per instruction. I have not received any credit
