Common replacement parts for DeWalt work benches

  • Leveling leg. The leveling leg screws in and out of the workbench table leg to adjust the height of the leg so the workbench is level and stable.
  • Leg. The leg supports the workbench top and houses the leveling leg.
  • Top. The top of the workbench provides a sturdy work area for the work piece and the tools that you're using on the work piece.

Properly leveling your DeWalt workbench

  • Wear work gloves to protect your hands when adjusting leveling legs on your workbench.
  • With the workbench positioned in the desired location, push down on diagonally opposing corners of the workbench top to determine which leveling legs need adjustment.
  • Loosen the leveling leg locking nut and unscrew the leveling leg on the corner that needs adjustment to eliminate rocking so all legs are firmly contacting the floor.
  • Check workbench levelness using a level and adjust the leveling legs as needed to level the workbench top and keep all leveling legs in firm contact with the floor.
  • Tighten any of the leveling leg locking nuts that you loosened when adjusting the leveling legs.
