Top Lambert farming equipment replacement parts

  • Fertilizer spreader gauge plate. The gauge plate determines the feed rate of fertilizer during spreading.
  • Sprayer pump. The sprayer pump pressurizes the solution going to the spay nozzle.
  • Sprayer nozzle. The sprayer nozzle restricts solution flow to create a spray pattern for applying the solution.
  • Fertilizer spreader impeller dish. The impeller dish rotates under the hopper to sling fertilizer pellets out onto the turf.

Lambert broadcast spreader usage tips

  • Determine the size of the area that you'll be fertilizing and estimate the amount of fertilizer required. Make sure that you have enough fertilizer to cover the area.
  • Make sure that the flow control arm is in the off position so the flow control plate is shut before filling the hopper with fertilizer.
  • Fill the hopper with fertilizer. Break up any lumps of fertilizer in the hopper so fertilizer spreads evenly.
  • Set the proper flow rate setting and determine the required speed of application.
  • Start the tractor in motion and open the flow plate to apply the fertilizer.
  • Close the flow plate before stopping the tractor to avoid creating a pile of fertilizer on the turf.
