Fast delivery
We had to remove the metal part of the old light bulb before we could install the new one. It had stayed in the socket when the blown out bulb was being removed. We persevered and used a rubber glove over a small rod to remove the metal rim of the old bulb.

Charged Double on my repair.
I bought the 2 lamps and new outlets. A Sears repairman came here and replaced the bulb in 5 minutes in the microwave. He said the repair would be $50 plus tax. He gave me a number to reschedule my refrigerator repair because he didn't have the right equipment to pull the fridge out from the wall. He charged me double and there was a documents saying I approved the estimate but I signed nothing so obviously that was not my signature. I got nowhere with the outsourced customer service department. The only saving grace was that I had my credit card had been stolen recently and it was re-issued so the charge was declined. I guess there will be an awkward call in the future. The lightbulb worked great.
