The chat technician from Sears was very helpful in diagnosis and selecting the right part for my Kenmore Microwave. As the fuse burnt out anytime the door was opened, the technician was very confident it was the upper door interlock switch and advised me to get that. The item arrived in reasonable time and installation was quite easy except that removing the old switch was a little tricky. My microwave is back to normal operation, no fuse blowing out!

Exactly what I needed

The switches on microwaves are prone to fail and I bought 3 rather than trying to figure out which one was bad. With a little work I found what I needed on exploded drawing and ordering was easy. Parts are a little pricey but delivery was quick and I was up and running in a short time. I've use SPD a bunch of times and saved myself hundreds of dollars.

Kenmore microwave

Replace switches for the door switches. The one switch quit after 1 day. And they would not replace it for me
