The part arrived in brand new condition. I didn't get he brand (of my refrigerator) part. Instead I opted for this generic part from Sears Parts Direct. I got a door shelf/bin for the inside left refrigerator door. It matches the original Bosch shelf/bin exactly and you can't tell it's a different or replaced shelf. I saved about $25!
