Poor Communications, Wasted Time & Materials!!

After my oven door fell off during Thanksgiving prep, (technician replaced hinges 10 months earlier - lower oven that gets virtually no use, except holidays), I called Sears to have a technician come out and reinstall it. Was told they would not send a technician, that this was an owner installed repair and the new hinges would be shipped with full installation instructions, (I again said that I thought the hinges were fine, it was just the previous installation). Only received one of the two required hinges, and no installation instructions! Called again and this representative agreed to send out the second hinge and schedule a technician. Hinge and Technician arrived and of course, there was nothing wrong with the hinges replaced 10 months ago, the previous installation was wrong. He installed the old hinges correctly, showed me how to do it if required in the future and left me the two new hinges for future replacement!
