Flimsy design
Breaks easily, this is my second purchase. You would think that when they design the interior especially a fruit drawer they'd make it sturdier since fruit and vegetables are so heavy!

Worst customer service ever
Parts were not the correct size and would not fit in my fridge. I needed to order the correct ones and another part for my freezer but never heard back from the customer service rep.
