Arrived dented
Very easy. Removed old filters and installed new ones. The filters arrived dented on the aluminum edge. I was still able to use them.

Sears sent wrong part.
They sent Aluminum Grease Filters and they were damaged, bent. They are for a ducted range hood. I ordered via phone from the Sears Parts rep the Non-Ducted Filter Kit (clean cooking filter).
