Ordering Parts Using Online Agent Chat
I needed mower blades. I thought I ordered 2 blades but once I received the online order receipt, I realized it was only one blade. I once again got into an online chat and ask to cancel the first order and re-ordered the same order again except for two blades this time. This time the order got shipped to the wrong address. The online agent apparently never confirmed where the second order was to be shipped to and so it went to the wrong address. After the order never showed up and the post office confirmed where it had been addressed. In the meantime, I received an email stating that they had received a request to cancel the first blade shipment, however it had already been shipped and I later received that first order. I once again contacted the online order location but I SPOKE with an agent this time. I got the situation straightened out and had one additional blade shipped and the agent insured it had the correct address. I later received that second blade. They told me refunds would be processed accordingly but that is yet to be seen how they straighten this all out. But at least I have my two blades. Now the next test will be to see if they are the correct mower blades for my mower. All blades sent were based on the first agent's choice of what blade was correct for my mower. We'll see.

Lucky Sears technician had correct blades on his truck. Waste of money & can't figure out how to send it back!
