Horrible customer service
Order parts which were showed available. Then received notice they were backordered. I then called after a couple weeks and cancelled since I found them online cheaper and available. They supposedly cancelled the order and about one week later the parts showed up at my door. They never cancelled the order! Had to return the parts back to Sears with me having to pay a return fee. Still no credit notification for the return parts.
