hard to find easy to install

it took longer to find this motor, but that may be my fault I am not good on a keyboard. but after 2 hours of searching I found it. very fast shipping and only about 15 min. to install. I would say it saved me about $1,000 or more. Happy and clean, thank you

Packaging was totally inadequate

The website was good and useful for finding the correct motor and it was shipped reasonably promptly. All good there. Where Sears got into trouble was the actual shipping and packaging. The box arrived with a giant bow in the bottom, ready to burst. Upon picking up the box I could feel this 12lb(?) bowling ball rolling around inside. I had a sense of dread. When I opened the box up there was some thick paper packing inside but not nearly enough to keep it from rolling around. Whatever cushioning the paper had offered had been compressed by the motor bouncing around so as to be worthless. Some of the delicate plastic connector tabs were broken off and the copper connector tabs were bent. I was able to straighten the copper connectors and get the washer's plug to connect but a tiny bit of common sense could have made this a five star experience instead of a three. Just because you get it in a box and put a label on it doesn't mean a job well done.
