Right part and shipping/delivery were great. Removal of the old part is very difficult. Ended up shattering the existing piece to remove. Broke some of the plastic on the joining plastic unit but was still able to snuggly attach the replacement part fairly easily.

Excellent service from Sears so 5-star rating. But it is horrendously difficult to install this part. Getting the old one off is the issue. I ended up breaking the old one, which is fine but you have to pray you don't break the plastic shelf it is attached to. Probably better off buying the shelf and support as well. Then it would be a simple replacement.

It took me about a half hour. I was going slow just to be sure I didn't break anything. You have to press the new one in pretty firmly till it snaps in place.

It was not easy to install, especially because it does not come with a manual. Not even the refrigerator will have a thing to tell you how to put it on. It was tough but, you can still put on. Wish it had a manual.
