So disappointed. The bowl did not fit my daughter's crock pot. The person I was ordering it from assured me it would fit. Have to send back, and I get charged for the delivery charge.....

Bowl is not deep enough to depress pressure button therefore does me no good unless I get creative and make plate for bottom to depress button

I wouldn't consider this a "repair". It is a replacement part. The replacement bowl fits my Kitchen-aide slow cooker and I didn't have to abandon a high end small appliance. The bowl is very heavy and slippery when soapy and wet. Unfortunately while washing, it slipped out of my hands and cracked against the porcelain sink. The replacement bowl for this slow cooker isn't readily available and was a great price at Sears Direct even with shipping.

I noticed my original bowl had cracks around each handle. I found which part would fit my crockpot and ordered it. Received the bowl and a week later when I had finally used it, I noticed my flour and cream of mushroom soup and not melted after cooking on Hi for 4 hours. When I replaced the lid, that was when I noticed it had gaps and wasn't sealing correctly. Unfortunately, the original box that it came in had already been thrown so I had to throw my whole crockpot away. $35 for a new bowl wasted...especially now that I need to go buy a whole new crockpot.
