Incorrect part has been sent twice. There must be an issue with the part description their website as they have sent the same (wrong) part. I need the right side deli drawer rail guide and I've received the left side produce bin rail guide even though the website shows the part that I need in the illustration.

Nice to be able to get the replacement parts for this refrig. It took about 5 minutes to replace both sides. Just 2 screws per side.

The part arrived a day later than promised, but all is good. It was easy to take the old part out and install the new part. Cannot believe Sears Home Services would have charge an enormous amount of money for installing this part in along with the cost of the part. Since it only took an inexperience person to install in 10 min, why would Sears Home Services charge over $400 for it? That's unbelievable!
