The part arrived a day later than promised, but all is good. It was easy to take the old part out and install the new part. Cannot believe Sears Home Services would have charge an enormous amount of money for installing this part in along with the cost of the part. Since it only took an inexperience person to install in 10 min, why would Sears Home Services charge over $400 for it? That's unbelievable!

Side railing takes a little time

It was a little hard to get the shelf above the crisper out, but installing the railing went well. By taking our time we got it unplugged and back in without mishap.
