I'm giving Sears 5 stars for the service and order speed. 1 star for the quality of kitchen aid products which doesn't really have anything to do with Sears and more to do with Kitchenaid and Whirlpool.

Drawer Arrived with cracks on both sides
They said they would send me a return label because they want the broken drawer back. The Customer Agent said he would email it but it has never arrived. I guess I have to call them back again
