Fridge door bin & frame
The response was better than I expected. The bin and frame were correct for my fridge and installed easily. Since we purchased four new KitchenAid appliances I had the opportunity to look at different models. I liked the roller rack that's standard in the KFED500 double oven, but when I ask about its availability for the KFEG504KPS, which we purchased, I get stonewalled. What are the prospects for its availability for the unit we bought? Don Abbott

Came in 2 parts, frame and bin. Easy to install
This is second time parts were ordered for new refrigerator door. First time, bin was delayed several weeks after frame received. Last order was received for both parts within 5 days of order. Easy to find on website.

This bin fits perfectly, but it's expensive. IMO this Kitchen Aid is sold with too few shelves and bins. I spent over $300 right out of the gate to add two more refrigerator door bins and one freezer shelf so that it best utilizes the interior space.

smarter storage
it's the perfect addition to our refrigerator, giving us more, smarter, storage. the reason I give it 4 stars is because the bin that goes with it (and needed to be separately ordered) was very difficult to order - the order numbers were confusing and the only reason we finally got the right product (there were two sizes) is due to the one inch by one inch grid shown in picture I found.

Broke
First one i received was broke, and still waiting on the new one. Has been a months process minimum . Also ordered another bin, just happens to be backordered ,and no one knows when i will get it. Frustrating, because i paid for a bin, and you have to order the frame separate . So, I paid for a frame also! Frame has been received, but no bin to put in it. These parts are not cheap. 1 bin and 1 frame together are approximately $150 to $200 . Just wish I had my parts. Thanks Sears!
