wrong side shipped
this appears to be a good part, however I received the opposite side as what is pictured. I called to see if maybe I had made a mistake in my order, and the ordered another part for me. This one was the part# that in the online diagram looked like it was for the R/H side so I figured maybe the diagram was backwards. Nope received it and it was the same as the first one I had ordered ( for the R/H side, I need the L/H side) so I call again and now the part is on backorder. The real frustrating part is that I shipped back the wrong parts and the credit back I received shorted me the shipping amount, Which I could understand if it was my fault the part was wrong.

Perfect replacement
The tray is a perfect replacement for the tray in my refrigerator. Unfortunately, the one I got was specifically for the right side (there is a trim piece on the outer edge). The picture shown was for the left tray, which is the one I needed. Thankfully I only needed the plastic bottom with the track on it (universal for left or right tray) and I was able to unscrew the plastic from the new tray and replace it on the one I had.

Replacement Left Crisper Drawer for Kenmore Elite
Primarily, the left refrigerator drawer fit perfectly after arriving in a timely manner. We are pleased that, after more than ten good years, this crisper drawer is still available, reasonably priced, and arrived in a timely manner. More reasons to hang with Kenmore Elite!
