Smooth with Sears Parts but don't order from Kmart
My husband ordered the wrong part from Kmart, which goes through Sears parts, and could not return it no matter what we did. I had no problem ordering from Sears parts directly but I got the right part and didn't have to return it. Probably not a big fan of Sears after the first transaction...

Order from someone else
Ordered parts on a Monday, was promised parts by Friday. Parts didn't come until following week. One on Monday, one almost two weeks later. On second part, I ordered from Amazon and had it in 2 days. I called to cancel order, they said it would take 1-3 days. But they shipped the part anyway. Still trying to get if returned, but dealing with them on the phone is a nightmare.

Found the key that needed
Was able to find the keys that I needed for my mower, while I was on the site I also ordered the right oil filter and new blades for more. So glad there's still a place to get parts for our Craftsman lawn mower. We miss you Sears!

They had the exact replacement blades.
A 54" lawn tractor just isn't easy to replace the blades. This is the ONLY place I could find them. Even other places that sell Craftsman lawn tractors did not carry the blades Replacing them wasn't the problem... finding them

Way too expensive.
I shopped all over town for these blades. The last set I bought locally form a hardware store. Since that purchase Sears won't supply their parts through out side stores. Comparable three blade mowers prices are at least half as expensive. The most expensive was only $49.95 This is not right. Sear's put themselves out of business. And since have taken advantage of their former customers that need parts with outrageous prices.

Wrong blades
For the second straight Sears Direct order for the same product (Garden Tractor mulching blades) I was sent the wrong set of blades again. The first order were mulching blades but the wrong type. The second order was totally wrong as I was sent normal blades for bagging.
