Not impressed- way to expensive & to much work

was hard to order, then sent wrong parts after I called 2 hours later and said they're sending wrong item, currently I've paid for the item twice and the items are very expensive- Both items are a 1/3 of the price of just buying a brand new vacuum or refrigerator- for just replacement pieces ( a drawer or vacuum hose)
