Exactly the part I needed
You will likely need to solder the electrical connection. Not a difficult step but definitely review or practice your soldering before making the final connection.

Take your time.
It wasn't as easy to install as I hoped it would be. Remove six screws from the bottom of the unit. Flip over and carefully pry the top off. Now, take a digital photo before you take anything else apart. Remove enough to allow the neck to be removed and the new one installed. I needed a soldering iron to hook the power leads back up to the circuit board. My model did not have the push pins. Refer to your photo for reinstallation of the various sub assemblies you removed.

Fair Instal
Did my own install after Sears serviced previously had to replace missing parts and screws was not properly wired.If this is the shoddy work Sears is doing no wonder the company is in trouble.
