Part was perfect, easy to replace
Surprisingly this was a quick and easy fix. To confirm it was the switch I changed a working switch to the one that did not work to confirm what was broken. I ordered the part from Sear's it was quick and easy to order and it arrived quickly using standard shipping. Installation was quick and easy and now all burners operate just fine. Better yet, I did it myself.
