Dishwasher Dishrack, Lower W10311986

Disappointing

Trying to return the rack and hitting a brick wall. Called customer service repeatedly and ending up having the line disconnected. I do do not have access to a printer so I need a return label to be sent to me. Emails are going unanswered multiple times. Extremely frustrating especially after learning that I had an hour after ordering to get my money returned. Now I will be forced to accept a large credit as the rack cost over $200. Not worth the aggravation especially after going on another website and finding what I needed and it was delivered 24 hours later.

Easy to add wheels, clips and install.

Whirlpool did make a change to this lower rack. They shortened the tines about an inch. Soup bowls no longer stack as well. Can't put as many in because they touch each other. Can work with this.

No Issues

Easy to install, fit as expected. Color was silver. Center spout not included but easy transferred from old rack to new.

Lower dishrack installation

Lower rack and parts arrived safely although box contained no packing material and a box flap was open so small parts could have fallen out

Dishwasher rack

It wasn't difficult to install but the new rack is bigger so the second soap holder won't open during the cycle. It was an expensive part to not fit correctly.

Instructions would have been nice...

We ordered the rack, and it came in about a week later. Installing was pretty easy, although we couldn't figure out what the extra little parts attached to. The rack also came with a row of extra tines, but we could never figure out where it went and there was no obvious way to attach it. It would have been very helpful if directions had been included. But, it serves it's purpose the way it is.
