The Easiest Fix

If you're certain the control panel is the issue, this is the easiest fix you can possibly ask for. The most time consuming part is probably taking the screws out, which obviously only takes a minute or two. All you need to do is pop the old connectors our and the new ones in and screw back into place. I'm kind of disappointed it was this easy because I was sort of looking for an excuse to buy a new dishwasher lol. Owell

It took a while for the part to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I had the same problem as others, a non-responsive control panel with blinking lights. Now the dishwasher is as good as new for a fraction of the price of a new one. The installation is simple. If you search youtube using the part number, you can find an instruction video. You'll need a #15 torx ("star") screwdriver. It's not provided with the part, but I already had one and it's an inexpensive item.
