Refrigertor toe grille.
I requested a refrigerator toe grill in black 3 times. I returned the part twice because they were not black but grey. Each time I was assured that the correct color would be shipped. The third shipment is grey also. I decided that evidently the part is no longer available in black even though there are part numbers indicating otherwise. Instead of returning it for the third time,I will spray paint it black to match my appliance. What an aggravation. Parts should be examined before shipping.

Shipped wrong color
The part didn't look anything like the picture. We wanted a black part to match our refrigerator, but it arrived light grey, which matches no refrigerator in the world.
