Price was great and delivery happened a day ahead of schedule. Glad I found this item on Sears. You just have to lift the glass out, unscrew around, drop the new one in... it's a 15 min job. You could use some sealer around, but we didn't.

Perfect replacement but missing the gasket

I paid to have this installed because I live in a rental and was worried I would break it. It works great but the repair man had to use some weird tape in place of a gasket because it didn't come with one and my old gasket was ruined after pulling the unit out.
