TERRIBLE HELP
Horrible, horrible decision to use your on-line chat person for help. Gave him all the info he needed for a simple bulb for my refrigerator. Correct model number was given to him, he said no problem. Part was sent, it is completely the wrong size, and I am now out $ for the bulb plus shipping. Thanks for the bang-up job, SEARS.
