Had to return--no seal at all

I never write negative reviews but this product created no seal at all. I even put it in a warm place for a couple days beforehand because that's what others recommended to make a good seal.

i ordered a refrigerator door gasket. and i received a gas line for a gas stove burner. when i called to try to get the mistake fixed, it took 30 min. to talk to a person, who told me they would send me a mailing label by snail mail to return the part by snail mail. after the part is received by them, they will send me the correct part. that was 2 weeks ago and i still have no shipping label.
