Waiting for part chips away at patience

It took MONTHS to get this part! I started in Summer and went through the Fall waiting for this part. When it arrived the sealed packaging was ripped open and the parts box inside was opened with the smaller parts all over the envelope. The envelope was folded over and a blank label was used to 'seal' the envelope. There were very small part pieces included with the order and I am not sure if I have all the parts? It is now too cold to work on the chipper, so I will not even know if this part fits the engine and all of the smaller parts are there.
