My dishwasher starting acting strange - stopping mid cycle or failing to start at all. I tried resetting the control panel, but it still acted fiddly. I ordered a new control board and was a little apprehensive about installing it, but the video and step-by-step text were just what I needed. It took me longer than the 30 minutes the website predicted because I watched the video a zillion times before I mustered the confidence to start taking things apart, but after an hour I had it taken apart, the new control board in and started a wash cycle that didn't miss a beat! I'm so glad I didn't have to put another household appliance in the landfill or scrap yard when all it needed was one new part!

This is the 4th time I've replaced this part, I could probably do it blind folded next time. I bought this dish washer in 2010 and replaced this motherboard about two years after purchasing the dish washer. Living in a remote area of Wyoming, there are no service technicians to come an make the repairs, so people out here do it themselves or go buy a new dish washer. I have a friend that knows a lot about electronic components in mother boards, so he tested the old board to see what had failed and replaced a diode that made the old motherboard functional again. The new board went out after about two years, so I replaced it withe the repaired board and after another two years that board again failed and was replaced with the repaired board. The original board this time was not repairable, so when the repaired second board failed this time I had to purchase anew board. I see the price has increased about 23% since I purchased the the replacement board about 8 years ago.

Had a washing machine part when the OEM did not.

I needed a part for my washing machine. The OEM website said the part was unavailable until the new year (4 months). I searched many appliance part websites and found that Sears had the part I needed at the lowest price. Shipping was quick - I received it a day earlier than estimates - 3 days from order. It was the correct part and fixed my washing machine. Highly recommended. I will go back to them again.

Completely wrong part
