Disappointing bulbs

The bulb is very expensive. It lasted only a year and it was not subject to extensive use. It was not used every time the stove was used.

I can't review the product at this time. When I ordered the bulbs for the oven hood I requested directions for removal and installation of the new bulbs. The gentlemen I corresponded with stated that directions would be included with bulbs. No directions were received. Can you help me obtain directions for this hood model.
