They sent me a bad part
It was evident this item was used. The white face was bent over the metal backing and cracked, the ribbon connector was scratched and bent as if installation was attempted before, and finally, once installed, THE KEYS DIDN'T WORK! I contacted sears parts direct for a replacement and now the item is on backorder with no estimated date of availability. so I am stuck without an oven with no idea when I will get the part to make it work.
