easy to order part
I did not do the repair I only placed an order to get the part. A repair company was coming to fix it, but was having trouble getting the part from different distributors. It was 3 months in the waiting and the part was still on backorder. They suggested I try to order from the manufacture to see if I could get the part faster. When I called to order the part, the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. It took only 2 days to get the part delivered to my home. It took longer for the repairman to come than it did for the part to come! Thank you for making my wait bareable!
