Tire X08E covers the wheel on which the blade rotates. The tire is a tight fit; stretch it around the wheel.

Took some creativity
Replaced the tire on the drive wheel and you have to stretch the tire over the wheel. Used 2 small vise grips to hold the tire and then had to stretch it over the wheel.

somewhat easy to install
somewhat easy, had to use wire ties to hold it on the wheel as to not have it slip off.

Very difficult to install.
I have tried numerous times and have given up trying to install this on my band saw wheel. I do not know how to stretch it enough.

From the order form I thought I would get two belt
The price for this single belt is very expensive and if I would have known it was for one belt, I would not have ordered any and gave the band saw away.
