Some difficulty to install.
To install, a "third hand" makes installation easier. I used a spring operated plastic clamp to hold the band saw tire in place on the wheel. Then I had two hands to "work" the tire on around the wheel. Approximate time was 5 minutes per tire.

Took some creativity
Replaced the tire on the drive wheel and you have to stretch the tire over the wheel. Used 2 small vise grips to hold the tire and then had to stretch it over the wheel.
