Knobs were easy to install, problem is getting them in a timely manner. No updates on shipping for weeks. I was beginning to think the order was lost. Knobs were in perfect condition and very easy to install, once I received them.

Still bad design

The replacement knobs are exactly like the original ones that came on the stove. They are still cheap plastic T. The only metal on these are inside but the plastic will still break like before. They cost $270.00 for 5. The stovetop cost $1,000. They broke within 1/12 years so in less than 3 year's replacing the knobs we could buy a brand new new better stovetop. Definitely not an LG
