It was a somewhat easy install
When removing the shut impeller the roll pins were rusty and had a hard time removing them, the kit didn't have new ones,or new shear pins for the augers the old ones broke on removal, so it was a trip to the hardware store.

Ridiculous to install
There is something seriously wrong with part #67787. The right side holes, do not match up to the left. The holes drilled for the right side, jam the auger into the housing. I had to center it the best I could and re-drill new holes(a good half inch off). The housing I have is not bent in any shape or form, the only reason I can find, is because your template is wrong. Now, the augers are crooked and have too many holes drilled. Other problem with this part# is, the forty something inch shaft, with key way, has the holes for the sheer pins, drilled off center(about an eighth inch difference). Next part# with issues is 711-0459. I ordered 4, one of them was about a sixteenth inch smaller(I.D.) and got the luxury of filing it out until it fit. Next issue - I was notified through email, I would receive my parts in 2 shipments, I ended up getting 3 shipments and never received a tracking # for the third. Needless to say, I'm throughly annoyed with this company and it's parts.

Product was as advertised. Instructions for install were straight forward. The shear pins that came with were not quite long enough to get the nut fully threaded. Otherwise happy with purchase.

Easy
Went into casing without a problem. Took a total of 10 minutes to install (including placing auger, blower, pully and setting key into keyway.) Surprised owner manual showed a less solid part when was exact same that came off.

Auger Gearbox replacement
Was surprised that the Augur assembly provided was slightly different than the original but it seems to be a more heavy duty unit. Make sure you have good drills for the new hole creation and the replacement will go smoothly. Templates are spot on, and make sure the previous hole locations match up with the template prior to drilling the new holes. New bracket which holds the gearbox is more heavy duty as well. Make sure not to forget to drill second bolt hole there as well. I also replaced the main drive bearing which helped to make things go smoothly. Tighten the Bearing retainer plate last after all else is in place, and then attach the drive pulley.
