Wrong baffle originally sent

The first part was ordered correctly but the part did not fit. I called and an awesome rep apologized, ordered the same part and assured me it would be correct. We got the correct baffle (same part #) within the week and was able to install within seconds.

I had ordered one previously and the wrong part was sent. After calling, the correct one was sent but had the SAME part #. Ordered 2 times a couple months later, and got wrong parts both times. TOTAL FRUSTRATION!!
