Learning experience
I was surprised that 1 small fan order would cause the fridge not to work. Looking up the online manual helped to locate the fan motor. The most difficult part was unloading the freezer and interior parts to expose and remove the motor. Note: While waiting for new motor to arrive. (1.5 weeks), the freezer remained cold and the fridge was about 47 degree with passive cooling. Once the motor was replaced I noticed the fan motor stops when opening fridge or freezer door and starts again with doors closed.

It worked!
I am just happy that this worked, since I wasn't 100% sure that it would. The install process wasn't easy, but most of the steps were not too challenging. It just took a long time to empty the freezer of food, put it in a cooler, etc. To access the fan properly, you must remove the door panel, and take out the shelves (the top one disconnects just like a cabinet drawer, and the bottom track for the door comes out via large screws). The hardest part to remove is the back panel that covers the evap coil. This is attached to some green grounding wires by clips. So when you pull the panel away, do it slowly so you can detatch the clips. I highly recommend removing the bottom track before you take the rear panel off. I suggest you take your time, take lots of photos, and refer to the "cabinet" schematic that's available on Sears' website, which shows all the parts, exploded out. Be sure to have the right tools including screwdrivers (ratcheting kind is helpful) and a socket set/nut driver (this is essential). Be sure to put down towels or a rug onto your workspace.
