Lucky to get this
My washer is over 25 years old. When the plastic control knob broke 10 years ago, I was able to super glue it together. If finally gave out. I checked the serial number and went to Sears Parts Direct and found it! I really needed my washer, because I was going on vacation. I had to pay a considerable amount extra for fast delivery, but then I was notified that the part was back-ordered. I emailed about the extra charge for fast delivery. I actually received a call from them, and they refunded all of my shipping charges! I got the part a few days later. It is metal now and won't break. It doesn't match, but I don't care. It works!
