Shield not what needed
I wanted a "MULCHING COVER," not a "LAWN TRACTOR DEFLECTOR SHIELD." The customer service representative indicated that he knew what I needed and that the deflector shield was what I needed. I order the shield, but inquired about the return policy. The shield has been returned. I had purchased a mulching kit with the mower, but have been unable to replace the mulching shield. Are they available?

Customer service in India and Philippines
Was sent the wrong part twice. Customer service reps from India and Philippines are poorly trained and unable to find the correct part. They refused to transfer me to someone in the US.

Direct replacement means perfect fit
Socket, pliers and 15 minutes and task was complete. If not mechanically inclined take a picture of the spring and bracket assembly for ease in putting it back together.
