Kenmore Refrigerator Glass Shelves
The fast service of mailing the shelf was very good, and the representative helpful. The box had been opened on the way, but shelf not damaged. Glass shelves are pretty, and I realize one intent of having the wide plastic edging is to make it 'spill proof'plus support the glass. However, I still like the wire shelves formerly used in refrigerators. They don't break, and they provide more shelf space. The white plastic (part which broke) on our Kenmore is raised a little higher than the glass, so nothing can sit on that space. It's just wasted space. In fact, there is already a small crack in another shelf, but my extended warranty would not pay for two shelves (over $300).

Shelf is perfect
Our side by side needed the extra shelf. We now have more space. I can also order a deli drawer that our model didn't include. Easy to order, fast delivery, perfect condition.

Wrong item
Was told this was the correct item to match the snack drawer I was purchasing. The shelf came quickly but the drawer found out was on back order and didn't come for 3 weeks And when it got here didn't fit the shelf. Had to return the shelf and order a different shelf. Was told the new shelf was in stock but now getting message it is back ordered Not a happy camper.
